Saturday Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga with Cait
Improve your strength, balance, and stability with standup paddleboard yoga. All Levels are welcome: instruction will include modifications for beginner and intermediate level practice. Class consists of an hour of yoga instruction followed by 30 minutes of free paddling. Wear clothes you won't mind getting wet or a swim suit. Classes are $20 (tax included); $10 nonrefundable (unless the class is cancelled) deposit due at sign up and $10 cash due day of. If you have your own board, please do not RSVP; the class is $10 day of, just message to let us know you'll be attending. Held rain or shine (except for thunder). See you at 11 on Saturday!

What we're about

These yoga classes are designed for everyone! No pervious knowledge of yoga or paddleboarding necessary! We start at the basics of learning how to use the boards and transitioning from different sitting and standing positions, and work our way up from there.

What exactly can you gain from this class? For starters, you'll be getting one of the best core body workouts you didn't even know existed. Not to mention the increase in balance and complete body and mind control. You'll learn how to engage muscles you didn't even know you had. And the best part is, the class is designed to be as easy or as hard as you want it to be.

So if you want to soak up some rays, gain some balancing skills, and have a blast, then you need to try it!
