The remarkable thing about your mental life is that you are rarely ever stumped.” - Daniel Kahneman

We all make countless product decisions each and every day. Regardless of how much confidence we have, how can we truly know if they are good ones? How can we know when we can go with our gut vs. needing to do more research? How can we avoid the common pitfalls that lead to so many unneeded products? This will be a fun romp through decision research and how it can be applied to building great products.
