This group is for people who like to SUP or for people who want to learn to SUP.

PHYSICAL FITNESS:
This is a physical activity. We usually paddle 2 miles per session. If you can not briskly walk 3 miles in an hour or the equivalent, than this activity is probably not for you.
HEALTH GUIDELINES
We are out on the water and I am NOT an EMT. If you have a health issue that might require immediate professional aid, it would be about 30 minutes for help to get to you. Please use common sense.
