A few points you may want to know.

Hello there Thrivers,

I would like to bring a few things to your attention.

Over the last 6 years we have had 85 skillsharing meet ups with the 86th kicking off tomorrow. This has grown to become a nexus group of almost a thousand people where like minded folks from very different backgrounds come together and focus on what it takes to keep our hearts beating through adversity. All for free unless there are hard material costs to cover.

This weekend is our Flesh meetup on our good friend Trebs' ( pronounced : Treebs) own Whimsical Farms. It is a working homestead farm full of life. She has been a true pillar in our group and we are all very lucky that she is so generous and accommodating. She is the coolest gun toting Quaker that I know.

This particular meetup has had rabbits bred and raised for the last six months on another farm for us. With the Saturday evening feast factored in there has been $300.00 invested thus far out of pocket toward this event.

Gavin, one of our volunteer instructors is an official trapper for the state of Delaware who has been practicing the craft of tracking and catching animals for food and fur for many, many years. He is dedicated to passing the knowledge and historic skill sets forward to you.

Will, another volunteer instructor is a longtime survivalist's survivalist who has forgotten more about survival skills than most folks will ever know. He can and does charge a lot of money to teach folks hard lessons of self reliance through his private classes but you have the chance to watch and learn from him as he busts his butt for you all day for free.

There will be a trading blanket event after Saturday's feast. There we will engage in a free market barter for goods and services. Bring items of any value and you may be delighted what you walk away with in trade. Crafts, ammo, books, utility items, food, drink. All is welcome. This is always a cool group exercise that invites a sense of fun and intrigue.

Please do not take the efforts and activities for granted. Do not assume that if you miss this one that another will simply be coming along. Each these events are unique and offered to you out of love for Humanity.

If you need any gear or guidance regarding this weekend, contact me directly.

Take care,
