SIGGRAPH Electronic Theater stands alone in curating and showcasing the very best of computer animation since its inception. Every year, highly respected jurors choose from among hundreds of submissions to select the year's best computer animations, to be shown at the SIGGRAPH annual conference.
Continually raising the bar in terms of technical ability and level of ambition, studios, researchers, artists, students and other animation fanatics have contributed another year's worth of their most impressive accomplishments.
Silicon Valley and San Francisco ACM SIGGRAPH continues its[masked] season with the legendary Electronic Theater event. Starting with the cream of animation shorts submitted from all around the world, a jury composed of the animation elite has selected the best to bring them together on the silver screen of the SIGGRAPH 2010 Electronic Theater. Nearly 30 animations, from the dramatic to the amusing, will amaze you with their content, their level of technical skill and their ground-breaking artistic vision.
