Rajaie Batniji
co-founder / Chief Health Officer at Collective Health (http://collectivehealth.com/)

Dr. Rajaie Batniji is Collective Health’s ( http://collectivehealth.com ) co-founder and Chief Health Officer. Collective Health’s approach is shaped by Rajaie’s professional and academic careers as both a physician and as a political economist. He’s motivated to make every interaction for members intuitive and pleasant, and the financing of healthcare more efficient and transparent. At Collective Health, he oversees the company’s health management programs, consulting and analytics teams, and relationships with provider networks and other core partners.

Dr. Batniji is also Clinical Assistant Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine, where he trained in Internal Medicine, and served as a Scholar at Stanford’s Freeman Spogli Institute (FSI). Dr. Batniji received a doctorate (DPhil) in Politics and International Relations (Political Economy) from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar, an MD from UCSF, and BA and MA degrees from Stanford University
