This was a great volunteer event with a lot of variety in the tasks we were helping with over the course of the evening. Jeff H did a great job of keeping everyone organized and distributed around a very large venue. Of course, knowing that we were helping a great cause only contributes to the experience.

It was a nice social event, a little overstaffed but that made it nice.

I met a lot of other wonderful volunteers! It was fun - and yes, they finally did have to kick the last 6 of us out the door! :) Great job organizing, Jeff!

Fabulous event. Wonderful mix of old friends and new members. Jeff did a great job of making sure all of the work needs were covered. Great food, great music, great cause. At the end of the night - the last six people in the ballroom - svtc. Look forward to doing this event again next year!

They are saying the highways are good but some side streets might be slippery. The snow will be light starting around 2:00 and diminishing around 10:00. Please drive safe. See you all soon.

Thanks for joining SVTC on Meetup, Beth. You will be on the second shift from 7:00 to 11:00. Individual assignments will be assigned when each shift arrives. We will all need to be a little flexible. With a little work from all of us this will again be a fun event for everyone.

Hey, Jeff, it is Beth, no e-mail yet with an assignment! Hope the roads are OK!

Jeff, I have strep. But if I feel better by tomorrow, I will make it, regardless of weather.

The roads are supposed to be good with a 40% chance of snow. But, this is MN so anything can happen. No matter what the weather conditions, the event will go on! This means they will need us as volunteers. Please keep this in mind! :-)
