I use Strawberry Perl (v[masked] bit) on my Windows 7 laptop. I want to take advantage of the downloads offered by CPAN, but do not know how to install and use them. Is there a location I can find a "cookbook" approach to download and installation of these modules, etc. ?

You may want to write your questions on the message board. This topic is for dancer. You might also want to check the documentation for Strawberry Perl. If you have a choice of OS, you may also want to use Linux, where Perl works better and CPAN Minus is the most user friendly cpan installer.
