Mojolicious (rescheduled)

  • Nov 1, 2012 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Joe McMahon of White Hat Security will give a presentation on Mojolicious. Mojolicious is one of the perl web frameworks that is currently in vogue. In contrast to the sing-all, dance-all Catalyst framework, Mojolicious steers toward the direction of simplicity and light weightedness.

My ID should be set up, and I'll have all my slides and Andrew's up early next week (or maybe even this weekend).

I'm a bit behind! I'll try to get them up this week.

I'd really wish I could make this...Any chance it'll be streamed or recorded? Or perhaps slides posted?!?

We'll definitely have the slides. Don't know if anyone will be recording.

Hello Joe, Could you post a pointer to the slides? I looked on the SVPerl TWiki, and couldn't find them, my apologies if they are sitting (virtually) under my nose :)

Makes me want to get up and use mojolicious itself.

Joe gave a great presentation on Mojolicious. He was organized and thorough, and had a neat example of when the minimalistic Mojo was perfect, and how it could scale to a big thing. Very well presented.
