This event is organized by a group Oriental Medicine / Standing Meditation fans and is completely free.

Standing meditation is a powerful method of healing the body from injuries and chronic illnesses. Standing meditation or ‘Zhan zhuang’ increases vitality, internal strength and fitness as well as overall body power.

Developed in China by masters of meditation and acupuncture, Standing Medication is a form of medical meditation and Qigong. This form of meditation also increases physical strength and power.
