Austin Allison is general manager and founder at dotloop, the leading online transaction and productivity optimization platform in real estate. Austin bought his first house at 17, became a licensed realtor at 18, and sold real estate in the Cincinnati area throughout college. After experiencing firsthand the frustrations and inefficiencies of the real estate transaction process, Austin founded dotloop in 2009 to eliminate paperwork and make the transaction process more efficient for real estate professionals and consumers. Dotloop was acquired by Zillow Group in 2015.


Austin has received numerous recognitions, including being named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30,” one of 10 CEOs featured as “Ohio’s Most Talented Entrepreneurs” by CEO Magazine, Inman News’ 2012 “Innovator of the Year,” and “Executive of the Year” for the Best in Biz Awards 2012. Austin graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Cincinnati.

Greg Tarr, Founding Partner, CrossPacific Capital, based in Palo Alto, California and Founding Board Member: AdMobius, Glympse, Board Member: RX Networks and Seed Investor in Shanghai based Linktone (Nasdaq-IPO- 2004) and Smartpay.

Prior to CrossPacific, Greg worked in venture capital at RVP where he created the original strategic plan draft for Rogers Communications new $150m VC Fund and sourced the Payfone investment. Prior to RVP, he launched Globe Telecom's Silicon Valley VC operations, was Senior Advisor to Sumitomo's Silicon Valley VC fund, architected Vodafone's China VC Strategy and developed CDP Capital's Greater China VC/PE strategy.

He has unique domain knowledge, C level customer relationships and startup operating experience across adtech, big data, commerce, social, local, mobile, geo and security. Leadership roles include: Networks in Motion (acquired by TCS- $170m)-recruited by Redpoint Ventures. In addition, Greg was recruited by Kleiner Perkins to Advisory Board's of Pelago (acquired by Groupon), Movius and as Kodiak Networks VP Asia/Japan. Past experience includes: Founder/CEO SecureMobile.

Reuters ranked Greg a top Asian Tech Research Analyst at Deutsche Bank/DMG Asia covering software, internet and telecom equipment. Previously, he worked at Toyota’s U.S. HQ, MTV/Music Television during startup mode and Disney/ABC's flagship New York radio station.

Greg has lived/worked for 13 years in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Sweden, Canada and is a native New Yorker. He holds an MBA- Pepperdine University, BA- University of Colorado-Boulder and attended Bronx H.S. of Science.
