This group is designed to keep new moms and not so new moms active and connected through the participation in various activites such as walking (weather permiting), playdates, coffee and chats, movie nights, and much, much more!
Walks will be between 30-45 minutes at an entry level workout pace. If you're like me, you know the weightloss, friendship building, positivity and fresh air benefits of walking. Please join us as we stay connected and keep our kids busy, after all busy kids, are tired kids, are happy moms ;)
