Sahaja Yoga is and effortless way to meditation. It begins with us getting our Self-Realization or Kundalini awakening which helps us get into meditation very easily. As we meditate other benefits follow like - our health improves, we are more calm and peaceful. Sahaja Yoga helps improve our life in all directions be it inside us or outside us. Materials and instructions are provided to meditate at home. Mats are not needed as we can sit on chair and meditate. If you wish to leave early you can always leave as the meeting are informal. 1) How much does it cost :
You never have to pay for Sahaja Yoga Meditation anywhere in the world since it is based on the system which is already present within us, which is our own.

2) What resources are available:

3) No special attire is required for meditation, also you do not have to bring Mat.

4) How long do we need to meditate :
It is recommended that everyone spends at least 10-15 mins per day to achieve desired results of meditation and joins once a week for group meditation.
