Sahaja Yoga: Learn to be in Meditation
Hello Everyone! We will meet on Saturdays at 11:00 AM at the Leawood Library, Room#108. We will have a guided cleansing session, learn balancing technique to get into deeper meditation. Please dress up comfortably, chairs will be there and bring a small cloth mat if you prefer to sit on the floor. Sahaja Yoga meetings have no charges all over the world.
