Let's start the morning off right by walking for an hour along the Esplanade.
We had 8 brave souls who weathered the storm last month to be greeted by this breathtaking view.

Our Event Host, George "Gee" Asmar, a Certified Personal Trainer, will lead us in an hour warm up walk then some stretches both designed for Beginners to Intermediates.
George will lead the walk with the intermediate to seasoned fast walkers and I will lead the beginners and intermediate group for an hour which will include going up and down the ramps and stairs, then we'll come back to the park for some stretches.
After our walk, those interested, we'll have breakfast at an agreed upon location somewhere nearby in the Riviera Village
1. Bring quarters for the meters or park in the far south parking lot for an all day pass using your credit card for about $6.
2. Wear warm comfortable clothing and shoes
3. Bring a towel or mat for the stretches on the grass
(Note: I found some great yoga mats at TJ Maxx for $10)
4. You can even bring your dog. They need walks too!

Directions for those coming from North of the South Bay.
Take 405 South
Exit at Rosecrans & go right, west, towards Manhattan Beach.
Left on Pacific Coast Hwy/Sepulveda
Go about 5.7 miles to Avenue H (You'll be in the Riviera Village), and make a right
Left on the Esplanade. You can't go past the Esplanade unless you want to drive over a cliff like Thelma and Louise. LOL
You'll curve at the end of the Esplanade where you can see the park on your right.
Right on Paseo De La Playa and find a place to park.
