Temple KUKURI hosts weekly tea gatherings, one during the daytime on Tuesdays and one on Thursday evenings. The Tea Meditation Club is a tea/Ocha (お茶） circle in their beautiful tea room. Each week a different kind of Japanese tea with confection will be served. Attendees will learn how to receive and make tea as a practice of mindfulness. After receiving tea, guests are invited to have a short guided meditation/silent time.

Fee: Free for Associate Members & $5 for non-Associate Members. Tea Meditation Club classes do not require advance reservation; however, the tea room accommodates only 12 and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
