Let's get together, get some practice carrying our gear, get some exercise (maybe get coffee after?).
For all levels of fitness, this hiking trail is nice with gentle hills and even (paved) terrain.
Bring as much or as little gear as you can carry now. The idea is to get in shape, so if all you can bring is yourself and an empty pack for now, do it!
As you get in shape start adding stuff to your pack, until you are fully geared up.
If you are a stud muffin, come out anyway. Bring your gear and bring your game! :)
The first meetup we will gauge the fitness level of the group, discuss goals and options, and go for a short hike.
