We are asked what's the cost to join our Tuesday night support night and the answer is always the same: It's FREE. Our mission is to support people who are taking personal responsibility to get or stay healthy by comming together as a community of support. So, if you are a Weight Watcher, working out with a trainor, or have been "one-with-the sofa" for far too long and looking for a solution to better health, join us Tuesday's and be part of our community to get healthy. Some of the topics you'll hear about and embrace are: • The habits of good health. • Eating healthy portions. • Eating to regulate your metabolism and hormones. • Choosing what to eat and when. • Support from those who are on the journey to get healthy. • Getting into motion - exercise and being active. • Things to-do to lower your stress. • Ways to increase your energy. • How to get better sleep. We are all about healthy eating, good food choices, exercise, and forming habits that will move us closer to our ideal weight, and optimal health. We share recipes and have weekly tasting of healthy foods. We strive to live and teach the Habits of Health.
