Are you ready to make health a priority in your life? Is your goal to reach a healthy weight and KEEP IT OFF for good? If you answered yes to these two simple questions, our Meet up group has a lot to offer you.

We are all about healthy eating, good food choices, exercise, and forming habits that will move us closer to our ideal weight, and optimal health. We share recipes and have weekly tasting of healthy foods. We strive to live and teach the Habits of Health.

If you have a few pounds you want to lose, or a lot. You’ll find this group very inspirational.

This is your year to get to a healthy weight and learn how to keep it off permanently! Knowing your reason for getting healthy is our first step. Your Why. Knowing what's the best plan is our second step. The How. And putting it all together in an Action Plan is how we accomplish our goals.
