However, everybody wants to be positive and happy, and nobody wants to be negative and depressed, so how come not everyone is positive? How come not everyone is mentally fit?
In this meeting we'll learn how the mind works, how the mind gets weaker, and find out a tool to help you get rid of negative emotions from the mind and be more mentally fit.
