Join Steph Dodds for a restorative Yin Yoga practice with the emphasis on Loving the Body you are in. This will include Yoga Nidra (guided meditation in yoga sleep) infused with “Love Your Body” Affirmations and restorative poses to nourish the body for the Fall Season.
