What do you know about permaculture?

My focus has been on utilizing organic materials and on-site and local resources whenever possible, and improving soil.

Do you enjoy hands on projects?

What are you looking for from this group?

Looking forward to sharing ideas on sustainability and self-sufficiency, especially in suburban and urban environments - also looking for discussion on strengthening the urban-rural interface and connections.

What permaculture emphasis grabs you the most? Sustainable gardening and farming, natural building, activism, cooporative communities, other?

Sustainable gardening, small scale on-site resource use and conservation

Hi all - have been developing a suburban organic garden in the foothills for about a decade. Trying to utilize on-site compost materials from our yard and our Californian rabbits. Using greywater from our washer and also use a solar oven.
