Details

We meet the second Sunday of every month for a vegan potluck and special program.

December Program. In celebration of NutritionFacts.org's reinstatement on YouTube, we will show a few of Dr. Michael Greger's short, fact-based videos on various dietary regimes. Dr. Greger is one of the most knowledgeable nutrition researchers out there, and he can back up his advocacy of a plant-based diet with the latest research results—and always in an easy-to-understand and entertaining manner.

Do you have favorite NutritionFacts.org videos? Let us know, and we'll show those, too. Or, is there a nutrition subject you'd like to know more about? Let us know about that too; chances are Dr. Greger has researched it!

As always, there will be plenty of social time before the program, and ample opportunity for discussion afterward.

Potluck. Bring:

• a vegan (no animal products, including no eggs or dairy products) dish to feed at least six;

• your plate, bowl, cup, eating and serving utensils;

• a list of ingredients/recipe.

Baffled by "vegan"? Don't know what to fix? We can help. Drop us a line right here or at [masked].

Parking: Free, off-street, and lots of it. Just 2 blocks from the T Street bike path.

Everyone is welcome. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc.!

See you at the Grange Hall!
