The frenetic pace of our culture is a conspiracy against life's natural rhythms and authentic connection. What happens when we really slow down, taking a sacred pause to deeply see and listen to ourselves, others, and nature?
We will explore recovering treasures buried just beneath the surface in both a group and solo activity.
What to bring:
Sunscreen and a hat
Sense of wonder
Note: This is a FREE gathering, but there is $5 for parking at River Bend Park.
We'll meet at the Horse trailer parking, which is straight down the road once you enter the park, then walk from there. Try to arrive 10 minutes early.
So bring your SLOW wild nature hearts and looking forward to connecting and exploring with you!
Ryan and Katie
“Rest in the pause between breaths.
Pause in the rest between thoughts.
Bask in the space between words.
Stop in the stillness of a calm lake
