When Asked What The Reason Why You Are Not Investing?

#1 reason given - Lack Of Money To Invest

There is over $18.2 trillion in total retirement assets sitting and most real estate investors struggle to find a mere $50 to 250K to invest in deals. So why don't you have the capital to invest. Bad credit, New to investing, No Track Record are the most commonly given reasons. Yet the truth is that none of these are true.

The truth is that 99.9% of wannabe investors or even real estate investors with experience do not know how to present their deals to potential investors.

It's a fairly simple 5 step process.

1. Find a Great Deal

2. Mitigate your private money lenders risk

3. Show proper due diligence

4. Learn the language of money

5. Understand the paperwork

It's 5 step proven formula that has helped us raise over $5 Million in capital. We will break down the formula for you.

All you have to do is copy the exact steps as we lay them out and repeat for yourself. The question is not if it works. We know it works. The only question is whether you are willing to come and learn.

What:- Understanding Financing
When:- April 17th (Always 3rd Wednesday)
Where:- DoubleTree Hotel 2001 Point West Way, Sacramento, Ca
Time To Start :- 6:30 p.m.
Schedule of Meetings
6:30 to 7:00 Networking - Bring Business Cards and a firm intention as to what you are looking to achieve in meeting people. If you are a newbie looking to wholesale then looking for cash buyers would be an appropriate intention. If you are a flipper looking for the next 3-4 or more deals then looking for wholesalers is a good intention. A smart conversation with 5 people is better than 20 business cards you don't follow up on. By this formulae, at the end of a year, you will have 60 relationships.
7:00 - 7:45 Market Update and Have and Wants.
7:45- 8:45 March Madness Deal Dash Showcase.
8:45- 9:00 Questions and Meeting End.

See you @The DoubleTree.
Sincerely,
Tapan Trivedi

P.S. If you are looking for me then I may look different than I have for the last few years. I cut my hair down from the 12 inches long to a manageable length and have lost 22 pounds in the last 60 days so please look for the same facial features and not much more.
