This group has been created to share the ancient and sacred Teachings of Kundalini Yoga with the community of open-hearted, pure and loving individuals and to provide a safe and friendly environment for everyone who chooses to practice Kundalini Yoga outdoors.
Before attending our classes, please make sure to speak with your doctor and get permission to do Kundalini Yoga. You should not undertake any of these exercises if you have preexisting conditions that can be aggravated by practicing yoga.
Love donations ($1-$5-$10-$20) are recommended for an equal exchange of energy, but everyone is welcome and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
Classes are taught outdoors by Diana Love Kay, a graduate of RYK 2018 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket and a bottle of water to every class. Depending on the season, you might also need sunscreen and/or a sweater.
