One breathwork session can be a completely transformational experience. The practical benefits of a regular breathwork practice can be:

• Develop your intuitive abilities and follow your hunches.

• Access inner wisdom to make better decisions for your life.

• Significantly reduce day to day stress.

• Increase your energy and vitality.Increase inner peace.

• Manifest your goals with greater ease.

We invite you to join us in heart-centered community to experience a powerful day of Shamanic Breathwork. Sara Claire Curran, Lesley Jackson, Joan Jarrett or Nancy Jenkins will facilitate the workshop.

You will never know if it works until you try . . .
