On Thursday evenings we will have a group meditation for approximately 30 - 45 minutes following the principles of Sahaja Yoga Meditation.  In this style of meditation we use our hands on different chakras to guide our inner energy to clean and balance those centres. The end result is a deep and peacful meditative state. Sahaja Meditation is always free so come out and join us for a peaceful stress- relieving positive experience.
