Meditation is a state of profound, deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent, yet completely alert. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is full of peace, joy of life and love for others. It is not just a book or a set of exercises but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experience stronger and more fulfilling. Classes are conducted in a peaceful environment; soothing background music helps facilitate meditation. Meditations are guided by instructors and are designed to accommodate the collective experience. Individual assistance (both beginner and advanced) is always available. While the actual practice of meditation forms the core of our sessions, sessions may also include discussions of, for example, specific aspects of the subtle energy system. But it's not all "serious." There's also plenty of opportunity to enjoy casual conversations and share experiences with others.

Let's Meditate for 21 Days

Needs a location

Newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and experience true meditation. Over the 21 days, you’ll be guided daily by our online team through the three levels of knowledge and meditation experiences from beginner to intermediate to advanced. One on one help and workshops with group practice will be available.
This is a spiritual meditation whereby we awaken the inner energy that gently brings positive change within us – making us more balanced, peaceful and joyous. As you participate in daily classes you will notice increasing gaps between your thoughts and feeling more relaxed and spiritual. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is volunteer run, always free and practiced in more than 100 countries.
Join with Zoom for interactive sessions or watch on YouTube. All sessions and free and will be recorded so you can also watch sessions to suit your time zone or schedule.

Introduction to Sahaja Meditation – Spontaneous Awakening of The Energy Within

In this 10-week course participants will experience the spontaneous awakening of our natural subtle energy within, and learn the basics about the energy centers that form our subtle inner being. The awakening of one’s Inner Energy is a soft, natural and innate process that connects us with the all-pervading power around us (also called “self-realization”), soothes and silences our mind and gives us relaxation and improved well-being. It is the foundation for true meditation. This course is designed for everyone who would like to learn Sahaja Meditation regardless to one’s previous experiences with other types of Meditation and Yoga.
