NEW LOCATION

Sahaja Yoga is part of the ancient tradition of yoga. As such, there can never be a charge for the knowledge of self.

Here's our new location: 4 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10036, Room 303.
It is between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue, about one block from Bryant Park. You can find the entrance on West 43rd next to The North Face, which is on the corner of West 43rd and 5th Avenue.

On Fridays, classes begin at 6:00 p.m.
On Tuesdays, classes begin at 7:00 p.m.

Come and enjoy a state of inner silence, a state of being completely in the present moment, undisturbed by obsessive thoughts about the past or the future. Daily practice of the simple Sahaja Yoga meditation method will bring you the balance you seek. The classes do not require physical exercises, postures or special clothing.
