You are invited to feel the enjoyment of your true self, and to consciously act and make choices from your own inner wisdom.
"Wisdom means how you take to the good side of everything to enjoy it.... You avoid all destructive things and take to something constructive." -- Shri Mataji, the founder of Sahaja Yoga
Sahaja Yoga is part of the ancient tradition of yoga. As such, there can never be a charge for the knowledge of self.
In Midtown, the classes are at 417 5th Ave (between 37th Street and 38th Street), on the 9th Floor.
On Fridays, classes begin at 5:30 p.m. On Tuesdays, classes begin at 7.
Come and enjoy a state of inner silence, a state of being completely in the present moment, undisturbed by obsessive thoughts about the past or the future. Daily practice of the simple Sahaja Yoga meditation method will bring you the balance you seek. The classes do not require physical exercises, postures or special clothing.
Our classes are always free.
