You will learn how to get into the state of mental silence, which , according to the research done by Sydney university and some European universities, is a state very beneficial to our phisical, mental and spiritual welbeing.
You will also learn simple and natural techniques to balance yourself, to deal with stress, to become a more peaceful and satisfied person and to have more joy in your life.
This is a group for people who want to improve themselves and their lives, who feels that there is more to life than just earning money and spending it.
We are going to meet once a week for a collective meditation and every week we'll try something new that will allow us to get deeper and have a better experience. We will also watch a few short videos and listen to meditation music and talks.
From time to time we have a tea party or a picnic and meditate in one of beautiful places around Aucklland.
