This group is for anyone looking for an authentic meditation practice. You get to know more about your inner self which is full of peace, love and joy. Unlike other meditation practices, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is always free. Sahaja yoga or "spontaneous union with one's self," was created by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 to bring self-realization to the masses through meditation. This method transforms human awareness through techniques that promote a more moral, united, integrated, and balanced self.
