Welcome to join our Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings! The meetings are free of charge and you can just show up. The groups consist of people of different ages and nationalities who have been meditating different periods of time. Newcomers are welcome at any time. We sit on chairs or on pillows on the floor, so there is no need to bring a mat and you can wear normal clothes.

Meditation means mental silence or thoughtless awareness. You are present here and now, but your mind is not bombarded by thoughts from the past or the future. In this state, you feel peace and joy, which are the essential elements of the present moment. With regular practice of meditation, it is possible to establish this state within us.

The groups are lead by volunteers who are experienced and can offer guidance to get you started. We give a short introduction to the meditation and after that we do meditation exercises. We also give tips on how to meditate at home. At the end of the meetings, we have a cup of tea and there is time for questions.

Our meetings take place at the Kamppi Sahaja Yoga center located at Salomonkatu 19 (inner courtyard). The entrance to the courtyard is on the right side of the Indian restaurant. Inside the courtyard, go straight forward and turn to the left at the first crossing. The Kamppi Sahaja Yoga center is located at the far end of the courtyard. This video helps you to find the place:

Welcome to join this international Sahaja Yoga online meditation class, which is led by Sahaja Yoga teachers from several different countries and attended by members of different Sahaja Yoga meditation Meetup groups all over the world! The class has two different groups: a group for beginners (in which no prior experience is needed) and a follow-up group for those who already know the basics of Sahaja Yoga meditation. If you want to get to the follow-up group, ask for it at the leaders in the beginning of the class.

¡Bienvenidos al curso gratuito de meditación Sahaja Yoga en español!

Sahaja Yoga es una práctica de meditación que nos permite alcanzar un estado de equilibrio general, tanto a nivel físico como emocional y espiritual. El objetivo central es alcanzar y mantener el estado de conciencia sin pensamientos o silencio mental. Con práctica regular de meditación podemos establecer este estado en nuestro interior.

No es necesario llevar nada al curso y puedes vestirte de ropa normal. Después de la clase podemos tomar té y hay tiempo para preguntas y conversación.
