Note for first-timers:

If you are attending a sahaja yoga meditation class for the first time, please read below.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is based on raising one's kundalini energy. This nourishing energy is normally dormant, but after Sahaja practice of meditation, it can be awakened and bring numerous benefits for ones physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being.  
If this is your first time, please try to follow the steps in the following video link. If you are unable to, we will still help you with the initial meditation in the class. Just let us know.
