Paddle and Drift

Join Emily, Friday mornings from 7:30am to 9:00am for some fun exercises on a stand up paddleboard. The group will paddle into the tide and wind for about 30 minutes, then drift back to the launch location. Everyone's body is different so do what you can.  Some of the favorite exercises are push ups, squats, crunches, stretching and yoga. Remember this paddle is at your own pace. 

Free if you have your own equipment, just meet down on the public dock at Salt Run/ Lighthouse boat ramp. Please be aware of other boats and launch on the left side of the dock if there are boaters waiting for the ramp. If you are doing a beach launch, please be aware that there might be oyster under the water. 

If you need to rent a board, please sign up online here. Rentals include board, paddle, leash, pfd, and it will be at the location for you ready to go.  Please give us a call at the shop @[masked] if you have any further questions.
