Join us to begin or continue your meditation practice. Dana uses a Tibetan bowl during a Body Scan to center and ground you before a silent meditation for 20 minutes using a mantra or repetitive phrase. This meditation is about accepting the present moment as it is and allowing whatever is - to just be. Through this practice we can gain space from thoughts that frequently clutter our mind and find the stillness that exists within. There is no required charge but donations are greatly appreciated.
Come as you are, you don't need to bring anything. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing. Thank you for arriving on time or 5 minutes early!
