  • In the January breakfast we will discuss strategies and tactics around how to ‘climb the corporate ladder’ and earn a seat at the C-level table.  Contrary to popular belief, it is much harder to keep your seat than it is to earn it. Rising managers often don't understand the important things required to get to the top – and most assume that the hardest part is getting there.  

    What do you need to do once you start getting lunch in the boardroom in a big leather chair? How can you add value and impress, without alienating others or leaving landmines along the way once you get there?

    In this breakfast roundtable we will discuss how to make a big impact at each step in your ascension up the ladder and bring a fresh perspective to executives that are conditioned to hear the same old things every single day. Bring your experiences and thoughts and be prepared to contribute!

    January's breakfast will be lead by David Maffei, Chief Revenue Officer of Akumina, and former Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Carbonite.
