Welcome back folks! Let's kick off the summer with a discussion on UX and User Adoption in LEX with Salesforce MVP David Giller, a Lightning talk by Christian Belko, and a preso by OwnBackup. Bring your Business Cards for a chance to win a pair of Apple AirPods! . Please note, this month, the event will be in a new location

Optimizing the Salesforce user interface can be a daunting task. So many features, so many options..it's overwhelming for Admins and Users alike.

In this session you're going to learn best practices to optimize your Salesforce screens for each group of users within your organization, while eliminating unnecessary custom page layouts.

You will also learn which features allow you to maximize the data appearing on each screen, without overwhelming your users, and without introducing the need for extra clicks.

You will walk away with a solid understanding of how you can improve your existing page layouts to impress your team.

After David's presentation, we'll have a brief demo by OwnBackUp and their risk-assessment tooling. Bring your business cards for a chance to win a pair of Apple AirPods!
