Learn the basics to working out properly and safely with kettlebells. Basic kettlebell exercises will be taught, along with the correct form. This class is very important to help avoid injuries and get proper results to help your reach your fitness goals.
Class will last 4 weeks, 2x per week= 8 classes:
DAYTIME: M-W-F 11am
EVENING: M 7:30pm W 5:45pm
30 minutes long, yet you will feel as if we worked out at least an hour!
Group: $8 per class, or pay for all 8 classes upfront for $50 ($14 Value)
You must bring your own kettlebell to class! After all, you will want your own to use at home between classes for optimal fitness results!
However, if you decide Kettlebell fitness if not for you, after you have attended a minimum of 4 classes, I will purchase your kettlebell from you!
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE:
• Make sure your kettlebell isn’t too heavy or too light; you should be able to press it over your head with control and stability, but with some resistance.
• Test the handle size to make sure both hands fit comfortably on the handle without touching each other.
• Wrap one hand around the handle to make sure the tips of your fingers are only a couple of inches from your palm.
• Make sure the kettlebell is made from one piece, instead of the handle being attached separately. You don’t want your kettlebell to come apart while you’re swinging it.
OUR CLASSES ONLY REQUIRE ONE BELL...IF YOU WISH TO MAKE THE WORKOUT MORE INTENSE, YOU CAN DO SOME OF THE EXERCISES WITH 2 IF YOU WISH!
