practice by donation - Feel Good Yoga, gentle energetic joyful flow at 7pm yes 7
This 75 minute gentle, energetic joyful Yoga flow is taught with modifications for beginners as well as more advanced Yogis. You must be able to get up and down from the floor easily for this class. Most folks donate $10 for value received. We usually go out to dinner after class and you are invited. We focus on mindset, form, meditation, breath, getting a good workout for your ability and practice level, and some laughter too. Oldest student is 80, youngest is 15. Men also regularly attend. We have a few mats to borrow if you need one. Remember Yoga doesn't have a brain so use your own. Like all other activities, Yoga is a practice. See you there! Taught since 2001 by Robin Dale. Robin's credentials: Physician Associate-Certified, MS Medicine, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and YA200 Certified Instructor, 40 years as a meditator, and 17 years teaching this class.

What we're about

This group is for Yogis to find their Yoga community, hopefully with us without breaking their budget. For the last 17 years, Feel Good Yoga offers a Thursday 7pm all-levels class at Hilltop Church, in Sandy. We are not affiliated with the church--just rent space there. If you are looking for a great, by-donation (typically $10) this gentle, energetic, joyful, flow class, Feel Good Yoga, is for you. We also go to a light dinner afterward and you are invited.

Feel Good Yoga is offered by donation. $10 is what most students donate to cover space rent, expenses, and value received. If you are a school teacher, college student, or are donating to the community in some other way please donate less because you are giving to our community already. Other Yoga classes typically charge $15 plus.

If you have health issues or injuries consult a licensed medical provider before attending Yoga. Some poses in Yoga can exacerbate uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma and other life and health conditions. You can get hurt in yoga, so use your own good judgement. Yoga doesn't have a brain so use your own. It is your responsibility to inform your teacher of your limitations, health problems, and injuries before class begins.

Come to practice and meet us! You don't have to be skinny, flexible or have a certain lifestyle to practice yoga. All levels welcome you must be able to get up and down from the floor easily. It's a fun community.
