What we're about

We provide a dedicated space in which meditators of all levels gather together to deepen our practice and awaken to our true nature. We use Daniel Schmidt’s “Samadhi Guided Meditation Series.”* This series focuses on the natural breath. It is designed to cultivate the concentration and equanimity needed to realize Samadhi. In the spirit of building community, please join us in practice and lighthearted play. There is no charge, religious doctrine or solicitations of any kind.

Samadhi may be described as:

· An effortless blissful state which occurs in “non-doing”

· The purest/highest consciousness

· Belonging to your soul or spirit, not your mind, body or thoughts

· A world that is constantly changing, merges with the changeless

Samadhi Meditation may be used to:

· Deepen the practice of noticing your natural breath

· Point you towards Samadhi

· Still your mind

· Allow your body and thoughts to disappear

· Help you realize/experience Samadhi consciousness - a state of blissfulness
