Class time is 7:30 - 8:45pm
Experience three types of yoga in one class. Start with pranayama followed by 20 minutes of yin, next a gentle vinyasa, and wrap up your journey with a peaceful yoga nidra resting meditation. Class is suitable for all levels.

Janie’s Yoga Nidra classes allow you experience deep relaxation by focusing on sensations in your energy body through the proven and ancient methods taught by Yogi Amrit Desai. Everyone can experience Yoga Nidra and you can’t do it wrong; simply relax and listen. Whether you attend Nidra, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative or a blended class, you'll be guided to go deeper into your journey of the self, through the self and to the Self.
