Our Boot Camp is an exact science designed to introduce a beginner into group fitness and advance to a highly conditioned individual. Discuss your fitness goals in detail with our qualified professionals , outline your training schedule and get your first experience of warrior camp. Achieve amazing results with this program, lose weight, build confidence, look and feel amazing. Anyone is welcome to participate at anytime in the cycle. Your training cycle will be divided into three phases called rounds. Each round cycles every two weeks which includes a dynamic of interval training, aerobics, calisthenics, body weight exercises, sports drills, strength training and mixed martial arts conditioning.
