Calling all real estate investors doing short term vacation rentals in San Antonio.
I'd like to get like minded Real estate investors who are engaged in the short term vacation rental business such as Air BNB, Home Away, etc to learn from each other.
We can also discuss rehabbing new home purchases.
Because Real Estate investing is so broad we will be focusing on short term rentals. We won't be discussing note investing, flipping, or wholesaling--I figured there are plenty of other meetings that specialize in these fields.
