A fitness class for everyone! We combine the best of Yoga, Pilates and Boot Camp styles for a calorie burning hour. Build strength and tone those muscles! We combine body weight exercises, weighted balls, resistance bands, jump ropes and slider disks for a thorough full body workout. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and 5-8 lb hand weights if you have them. Wear shoes suitable for indoor and outdoor training.
