What we're about

Calisthenics is simply exercising using your own bodyweight as resistance. For example, pull-ups, push-ups, dips, squats, as well as more advanced movements such as the muscle up, front lever, back lever, handstands, etc. This style of training is great whether your goal is to build lean muscle, lose fat, stay injury free, or achieve your first pull-up! It's also a great supplement to traditional weight training, endurance training, martial arts, or really any other style of training or activity.

This is a group for those interested in getting outside for some bodyweight training to improve their skills, strength, mobility and flexibility. All levels welcome!

This is a once-a-week community to meet others interested in bodyweight movement (calisthenics), training, sharing of knowledge and staying inspired. Come join us!
