What We'll Do: You and your partner take turns practicing, hands-on Thai Yoga Stretch techniques on each other. You'll learn how to apply gentle, moderate and deep focused accu-pressure using your palms, heels, forearms and soft fists. Thai Yoga balances your flow of energy by combining a healthy mix of compression and slow, gentle stretches to unlock tight hips, eliminate lower back pain and relieve daily muscle aches from head to toe.
