Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, excellent for anyone from beginners to advanced students, and even to people with injuries. Holds range from 45 seconds to 5 minutes. We will use props and Gentle releases to ease sore muscles and the long holds to work deep into the connective tissue.
I will also be using sound healing instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks to provide the most relaxing mental state you can tap into to, to really transcend into a deeper state of meditation and peace.
Space is limited - 8 people max - so sign up early to ensure you place!
Mats, blocks, bolsters and straps will be available for use, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
