Join me for a quick 30 minute workout before most people have their lunch! The perfect way to break up your day, get the blood flowing, and get some good ole' sunshine! 

Participants of all fitness levels are welcome.

Exercises will mainly focus on bodyweight exercises, with a few dumbbell, resistance band, and TRX exercises.
