It's time for our next San Diego Cannabis Business Group meetup at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, 10/13 at 3rdSpace in University Heights (https://goo.gl/maps/8C9EtENP89S2).

Once again, we have two speakers speaking on two different topics: Cannabis Tax Issues (Derek Davis) & Herbally Enhanced Yoga (Iris Mata).

Derek Davis (http://www.californiacannabiscpa.com) is a CPA specializing in the Cannabis Industry since 2015. He will be covering topics related to individuals currently involved or thinking about getting involved in the cannabis space, such as: banking, taxes, compliance and audit risk management and all matters related to running and operating a cannabis business.

Iris Mata is the founder of Herbally Enhanced Yoga (http://www.herballyenhancedyoga.com) and The Skin & Wellness Club (http://www.theskinandwellnessclub.com). Originally from Redlands, California. She moved to San Diego in 2010.
She is expanding both companies in San Diego by offering lash services, skincare treatments, and regular yoga classes to California medical marijuana patients.
She's successfully growing her cannabis clientele and community by offering cannabis consultations and building strategic partnerships within both industries to positively inform new patients about the benefits and use of cannabis in skincare and fitness.
